Excellent local knowledge, communication warm & friendly, professional negotiating with us & seller
Rachel was very helpful and resourceful with her local knowledge as she resides in the area herself. Rachel always had a warm & friendly manner which put us at ease. Rachel was accomodating with her time by fitting in viewings for us in between our viewings with other Real Estate agents; as we only had a week in the area to look around. We never felt rushed looking through the properties and our questions were always answered. The negotiations between buyer and seller were handled in a professional manner and we were kept updated every step of the way. We highly recommend Rachel.

Pro-active and invested on the journey!
We were fortunate to have found Rachel as our real estate agent. She was a great support in helping us achieve our dreams and aspirations. Rachel's knowledge of the community and her insights into the future growth of the market in the areas we were interested in was invaluable. Rachel took the time to listen to our story and accommodate our requests for family, recreation, and culture. Despite distance or hectic schedules, Rachel walked the entire way with us, providing guidance, access, and unwavering support in areas of need. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, calm, fun, and enthusiastic person to work with. Rachel acted as the conduit between the owner and us, and she provided responses or critical information without hesitation or delay. She was also transparent and disclosed all relevant information, making our purchase smoother. Our family is very grateful for the dedication and time Rachel gave to help us achieve our dream, especially for our mokopuna. We highly recommend Rachel for her quality service, and we have no hesitation in supporting her.
