Another fantastic result with Genna!
Another fantastic result with Genna! We recently sold our show home at auction and are really happy with the outcome. Genna worked incredibly hard throughout the campaign, and the marketing package she put together was outstanding. She showcased the home beautifully and gave us every confidence that we were in great hands. We’re really happy with the price achieved and so grateful for the energy, care and commitment she put into the sale. An all round fantastic experience with Genna
Right from Day 1 we felt fully involved in our sale process, Genna respectfully listened to our ideas and thoughts and guided us through the whole marketing process. Genna was easily contactable and always kept us informed on feedback from open homes and enquiries. Genna knew the neighbourhood very well and was able to use that knowledge and expertise to help us set realistic goals around timeframes and price achievable in the current market environment. Genna worked real hard for us, even more so than you would normally expect because we were largely absent from the neighbourhood through the process - she ran open homes every weekend and dragged our outdoor furniture in and out of our home everytime to make sure our home always looked its best inside and out for potential buyers.
