I I purchased this unit in March 2018 thru one of Paul's staff (Di ?). I was so impressed with the service I made a mental note to use their services again if and when I decided to sell. So when the decision to sell arrived I rang Paul and organized a meet at his offices as I live in Scamander. Within half an hour I had signed up and was provided with plan. Paul contacted all the relevant parties, did an inspection, a walk-thru video and suggested a price. I was happy with amount and within days thru Paul's contacts on the mainland we had a prospective buyer. A building inspection was organized and the sale papers were signed, all in under two weeks. Paul kept me informed with all the proceedings from start to finish in fact I never left Scamander until the whole episode was completed, to sign the final documents. I would thoroughly recommend Paul Flanagan and his crew to anybody whether buying or selling property, particularly if you live some distance from the point of sale.
