I cannot recommend Gina Morelli strongly enough. Such a pleasure to work with! At our first meeting with her she was prepared with comparisons and projections for our house. She was very knowledgeable about the area and about what prospective buyers might be looking for. She was always available to us and knew the answers to all of our questions. She helped us find the appropriate people for any work we needed to do on the house. She was there to guide us through every step from listing to the completion of the sale. I am so glad we chose her as our realtor! Extremely happy with her work ethic, her helpfulness, and her friendly personality. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Bandon area

Hard working, compassionate and excellent communicator.
Gina was so helpful throughout the process. From our initial meeting through closing, she was professional, present, focused and in communication with us. She oversaw the work being done on the home (we are from out of state), and ensured it was done expediently and correctly. She has many contacts in the area that facilitated getting the work completed. Gina went above and beyond when selling the property, all of her hard work is very much appreciated! I would use Gina again, without hesitation, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Thank you for being so awesome, Gina!!

She communicated with us every step of the way. Very honest. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Turned over every stone. Knew when to call in the experts i.e. Home Inspector. Very patient with any questions we may have had. Also, she has a wonderful team. Knows her community.

A great experience with a wonderful company, Beach Loop Realty, especially Gina! We were looking for a home that fit our needs and she helped us navigate through the choices. Any questions we had she was always quick to find an answer for us. She goes above and beyond to do what it takes for you. We were able to find the right home for us to purchase because of Gina.
