Katie was absolutely phenomenal in helping me sell my home in Alexandria, and I highly recommend her as a top real estate agent. From start to finish, her expertise, organization, and deep knowledge of the Alexandria real estate market made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. She coordinated all of the prep work, connected me with a professional home stager who used my own furniture and decor while I was still living in the home, and kept everything on track with HOA required repairs before closing. Having a realtor who could manage staging, contractors, and timing so efficiently made a huge difference. What truly impressed me was her attention to detail and proactive communication. Nothing slipped through the cracks, and I always felt informed and supported. Exceptional buying and selling experience thanks to amazing team at My Move DMV

We absolutely loved working with My Move DMV! They recently helped us buy and sell a house, and their support could not have been more valuable. Kenny was so wonderful to work with on the buying side! He always made himself available, even when we asked him to show us properties ALL over the NOVA area. He was also incredibly patient, despite it taking us several months to find the “right one”, always just a text away. When we hit an unusual issue the day of closing, he and Katie did everything in their power to avoid impacting our moving timeline. On the selling side, Victoria and the rest of the team were equally amazing. They helped us identify home improvements that would make the most impact to buyers and they did a phenomenal job in execution. From planning, to renovations, to marketing and listing, they made the entire process so easy! This was the first home we sold, and it could not have been easier. Seriously, their team took care of every detail and, thanks to their hard work, we received and accepted an offer the day after going on market, then got us through closing without a single hiccup. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the DMV area, especially first time buyers or sellers! They really know their stuff and made sure we understood every little thing, even if they had to explain it to us more than once :)

You can’t do better

Katie and Dustin invested a lot of time and effort to help us first time home-buyers find the perfect house. It was very much a game-changer to have an experienced team right there with us to ask all the right questions and help us navigate the process. Katie understood our needs and budget and was a great help with negotiations as well. I would absolutely recommend her for anyone looking to buy in the DMV area.

Katie Made Selling My Townhouse So Much Easier

Simply the best

We recently sold our home through Katie Wethman and her team at eXp Realty and they made everything so easy! We were first-time sellers and Katie and Victoria gave us sound advice throughout the entire process. They were able to tell us how potential buyers see homes (spoiler alert: this is not entirely obvious to owners) and we selected home upgrades accordingly. We felt like we didn’t need to worry about anything throughout the process - very important for us, as we were busy with a long-distance move. We highly recommend Katie Wethman and Victoria Dang, and the whole team at eXp Realty. They are simply the best!
